Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia owners excited to move in

KUALA LUMPUR: Buyers of Residensi Sky Awani 3 homes under the Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia project in Setapak here were excited to receive the keys and move in to their homes on Saturday (June 18).

Ahmad Hassanal Bulkiah Baharudin, 38, said he and his wife had to stay at his mother’s house at Flat Sri Melaka, Cheras after getting married in 2002, as he could not afford to own a house.

“I have lived in Cheras for more than 30 years and it has always been my dream to buy a more comfortable home in Kuala Lumpur at a reasonable price.

“So when there is an opportunity to buy a home with good facilities like this (Residensi SkyAwani 3), it is like a dream come true and very fulfilling experience,” he said when met at the key handing over ceremony to 200 Residensi Sky Awani 3 owners here.

Trader R. Soundrarajan, 42, also shared his excitement after his four-year wait for the house to be completed came to an end.

Expressing his satisfaction with the quality of the property, the Kuala Lumpur native also praised the developer’s initiative in offering home renovation packages at a price as low as RM4,000.

Meanwhile, Saifunnazri Md Salleh, 45, said he and his family could not wait to move into their new house as it is built at a strategic location that is near to his workplace.

“My family and I have been living in Cheras for 13 years but now we will move here because the environment is more conducive,” he said.

Residensi SkyAwani 3 offers 1,905 residential units with built-ups of 800 square feet at a price of RM300,000 per unit. Each unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered parking lot.

It is is also equipped with various facilities such as a swimming pool, a gymnasium, bubble jet jacuzzi, a basketball court, a multipurpose hall and a children’s playground.

Earlier, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob handed over the house keys to the owners. – Bernama
